Sorry to be asking this a third time, but I am sure someone here knows the answer. If not, does anyone know where can I find the answer.
My ISP is running Mailman as part of Cpanel and neither of us can find the location of the text of the basic welcome message to modify it. There does not seem to be any Site Admin password or access that we can find in the Cpanel screen.
