An email was sent out through our email list two days ago, and just now I got 33 unsubscribe notices. The notices offer no explanation of whether the users did it, an admin did it, or it was some kind of automatic process. Is there any way to find out? What could cause it to suddenly delete 33 subscriptions all at exactly the same time two days after the last newsletter went out? Needless to say, this is a rather critical issue.
