The construct "Please, let us know that which is the latest version of the Milman" gives it away; it sounds like you are addressing a servant. Prefixing an instruction with "please" is polite, but doesn't make it language that you would use of a peer. Better to ask a question, like "What is the latest version", or "is this the latest version".
