At the top of every Mailman mailing list, is the set of following headers:

List-Id: Mailman mailing list management users <mailman-users.python.org>
List-Unsubscribe: <http://mail.python.org/mailman/listinfo/mailman-users>,
        <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
List-Archive: <http://mail.python.org/pipermail/mailman-users>
List-Post: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
List-Help: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
List-Subscribe: <http://mail.python.org/mailman/listinfo/mailman-users>,
        <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

At least, those mailing lists which are configured to display the RFC 2369 headers.

Users can click on the URLs provided, which will fill in the required fields for them, to the appropriate addresses (for the list in question). Alternatively, you can point them at the documentation for the user e-mail interface to Mailman at <http://www.list.org/mailman-member/node10.html>.
