Could you please explain it for me in broad terms? I am using Dreamweaver to build the website and can make a form to collect the information, it's from there that I don't understand yet.
Mailman has it's own web administration interface. If you don't want to use that, it's going to take a lot more work to interface that to whatever it is that you do want. See also <http://www.python.org/cgi-bin/faqw-mm.py?req=show&file=faq04.033.htp>.
