Subscribe both sets of addresses, then set one of them to NOMAIL. User can post from either address, only one will actually get a copy of all posts to the list.
Of course, you have to do this for each and every problematic user, which could be a pain. You might need to do some scripting and make use of the command-line tools, if you want to minimize the amount of work required.
