It would be immensely helpful if you could be specific about the failure. I'm afraid "crash" is too general to offer a diagnostic insight. Are you getting a python trace back due to an exception? If so what is it. Is there anything in /var/log/messages, /var/log/mailman, /var/log/maillog that points to a problem? Is it the master process that's dieing or one of the child queue runners? What is the last thing mailman recorded to a log?
