Have you run
bin/arch --wipe
To rebuild the existing archives with the new template?
yes and that did not help, I chose a mailing list which I could guinny pig and did
bin/arch --wipe (listname) /var/mailman/archive/private/list.mbox/list.mbox
and went and grabbed a coffee :) when that was done I did a ./mailmanctl restart
it is still not picking up my new archtoc.html which I have in /var/mailman/templates/site/en
if I look at the newly generated index.html for the /var/mailman/archive/private/listname/index.html
