At the top of your Mailman/ListAdmin.py (just after the NL = '\n' line for example), add:

try:
    True, False
except NameError:
    True = 1
    False = 0

to fix this for your old version of Python. Or replace your
ListAdmin.py with the one from CVS which also fixes another
problem you will no doubt run into soon. :-)
