Article 3.5 for one way to work around this and also avoid duplicate
messages to people who are members of more than one sub list.

Also see http://starship.python.net/crew/jwt/mailman/#listinclusion for
a patch that would allow you in your example to put '@list1' and
'@list2' in accept_these_nonmembers for list4.
