My configure line: ../configure --with-mail-gid=postfix --with-python=/usr/bin/python2.2 --with-cgi-gid=nobody
Try using '--with-cgi-gid=apache'. Apache2 on Redhat usually runs as the 'apache' user, not 'nobody'.
