[Mailman-Users] Sender address modified

On our mailing lists some members get mails with the sender listed as 
"<list name>-bounces@<domain>" instead of the actual sender. This is a 
problem since if they reply to the mail it does not get to the one who 
sent it. What is the reason for this and how can it be avoided?
