Okay, here's some more potentially useful info. I sent a message to one of the user accounts and here's what I got back:
Technical details of temporary failure: TEMP_FAILURE: Could not initiate SMTP conversation with any hosts: [hostname.dyndns.org (1): Connection refused] I think this echoes what I said about incoming mail not even reaching the server. Ideas?
