No, I have not done a repair permissions for quite some time, owing to it having a habit of screwing up certain permissions I have set.
I guess the other question I would then ask, is it okay to delete:


/usr/local/mailman/lists/mailman/config.pck.last

        Will Mailman create a new file in place of the old automatically?
