Sorry, this is not possible with the current version of Mailman. If you want this sort of thing, you either need to have administrative access to the command-line of the Mailman server, or you may be able to script the web interface. Please search the archives for more info.
Is there a way to force everybody to subscribe to a topic when they first join the list, as this could save a lot of time in the future?
