Hello, I was wondering if there is a way for Mailman to send the administrator a notification email whenever there is an unsuccessful subscribe or unsubscribe attempt. I know it is possible whenever the subscribe/unsubscribe goes through, but I cannot find an option for the former, and it would be extremely helpful.
