Thanks Mark. That did it. In mm_cfg.py, PUBLIC_ARCHIVE_URL was set to '/list-archives'. I changed it to:
PUBLIC_ARCHIVE_URL = 'http://%(hostname)s/list-archives/%(listname)s' since we do not use pipermail. We may do so in the future.
