You have to specify a list to delete, e.g.
<http://www.example.com/mailman/rmlist/test_list>, but then if you
haven't set "OWNERS_CAN_DELETE_THEIR_OWN_LISTS = Yes", you'll get the
"You're being a sneaky list owner!" error, so yes, to use the
unmodified script, you have to set the option.
