        Ahh.  Yes, that could be a problem.

        There are lots of spammers out there that use Mailman to spew 
their sewage, or they do a pretty decent job of spoofing Mailman 
while actually using other tools.  Just having the Mailman name on 
the outgoing message wouldn't save you anything.
