What is the subscribed address?
What are the following headers in the message
From:
Reply-To:
Sender:
Return-Path:
and the From_ separator in a mailbox file if any.
And have you made any changes to the default
SENDER_HEADERS = ('from', None, 'reply-to', 'sender')
(above from Defaults.py)
