No, I wouldn't say it's stalled. Maybe the online stuff is temporarily paused for the moment, but there's a Python sprint going on right now and I think a lot of people have been involved in helping to get that going, and are participating quite heavily in that process -- part of the sprint may be to do work on Mailman, among other things.
