I'm fairly new to Mailman. I know that I can have the subscribers email addresses appear in the 'from' field AND I know how to make it completely unknown to other members by having it 1 'from' name across the board.
I'm having a problem with subscribers sending messages without any signature. I've reminded them to sign their name. They don't like the idea of everyone knowing their email addresses. How do I make the global change to display the USERNAME in the 'from' field of messages, instead of one standard name or the full email address of the sender? e.g.) instead of From: Mail Member / From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] I'd like it to display From: Teresa I've looked thru tons of archives and cannot find past threads. Am I the only one that would like this feature? Thanks!
