Our current list software enables some users...mostly admins to subscribe to both. They tend to like that functionality, but I will see if they can do without.

With current Mailman, you need to subscribe two addresses, maybe [EMAIL PROTECTED] and [EMAIL PROTECTED] (or [EMAIL PROTECTED] or ??) would do.
