Emails with commands may in general contain multiple commands in the
subject and/or body of the email. Thus CommandRunner processes every
line of the email until it encounters an error or a non-command and
then it lists the rest of the email as 'unprocessed' so in case it
actually did contain commands, you know they weren't done.

Web forms in general contain a single request, the results of which can
be reported more succinctly.
