My first guess is that the logs just aren't where you are looking. The
fact the the dates on /var/log/mailman and /var/log/mailman/qrunner
are current seems to contradict this however.

Did you upgrade from RedHat RPM or source?

Have you looked elsewhere? E.g.

  find / -name qrunner -print
