And in general, mm_cfg.py and Defaults.py are located with all the
other Mailman modules in the Mailman/ directory in the Mailman
installation, wherever that is.

And in RedHat FHS Mailman, /etc/mailman/mm_cfg.py is a symlink to
usr/lib/mailman/Mailman/mm_cfg.py.
