When mail is sent to the listname-request address, both the subject and body are scanned for commands. If the subject doesn't contain a valid command, it is ignored, but if both the subject and body contain 'subscribe' there are two subscribe commands. They can send a mail to listname-request with 'subscribe' in the subject and an empty body, or as has been mentioned in other replies, they can mail listname-join or listname-subscribe and the subject and body will be ignored. - -- Mark Sapiro <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> The highway is for gamblers, San Francisco Bay Area, California better use your sense - B.
