We run a small internal mailing list, [EMAIL PROTECTED], that goes to several people in HR. In other words, we use resumes like a sendmail alias.
We recently added an auto-reply that says "thanks for submitting your resume'". The auto-reply comes from "[EMAIL PROTECTED]", which seems incorrect. I can see setting "Errors-To:" to this address and maybe even the envelope sender, but not the "From:" line. The problem: when someone replies (perhaps w/ more followup information), the reply goes to [EMAIL PROTECTED], which isn't helpful. Is this intentional? Can it be changed? We've played around w/ redirecting where resumes-bounces goes, but that doesn't seem like the correct solution here. -- We're just a Bunch Of Regular Guys, a collective group that's trying to understand and assimilate technology. We feel that resistance to new ideas and technology is unwise and ultimately futile. ------------------------------------------------------ Mailman-Users mailing list Mailman-Users@python.org http://mail.python.org/mailman/listinfo/mailman-users Mailman FAQ: http://www.python.org/cgi-bin/faqw-mm.py Searchable Archives: http://www.mail-archive.com/mailman-users%40python.org/ Unsubscribe: http://mail.python.org/mailman/options/mailman-users/archive%40jab.org Security Policy: http://www.python.org/cgi-bin/faqw-mm.py?req=show&file=faq01.027.htp
