Okay, so you acknowledge that this is a sendmail problem, therefore it seems
to me that you should either be using the resources provided by your OS
vendor to resolve this issue, or you should be using sendmail-related
resources to resolve this issue. In either event, I don't think we can help
you there.
But I am curious as to why you would be looking for smrsh in the sendmail.cf
and why you would think that this would be related to the issues you're having.
