This is in Mailman 3.0 <http://wiki.list.org/display/DEV/Mailman+3.0>.

It could be in 2.2, but so far, I haven't done anything towards this
end, and I'm not promising I will.

At this point, there is no definite timetable for release of either 2.2
or 3.0, but there is active development on both.
