I don't know where the "True" is coming from, but <!--htdig_noindex--> comes from Richard Barrett's archive indexer and htdig patches <http://www.openinfo.co.uk/mm/index.html>, so I suspect the problem is somehow related. If you installed these patches, I suggest you review what was done there. If they are part of the BSD port, I suggest you contact the packager.
