Yes, it is possible. What you need beyond what you already have depends on why the messages are being held on the subordinate lists. If it is "implicit destination", you need to put [email protected] in Privacy options... -> Recipient filters -> acceptable aliases of the subordinate lists. If it is post by non-member, you probably need to make [email protected] a member of the subordinate lists.
