OTOH, perhaps you are the help desk (I didn't carefully read the subject before replying). If so, see the FAQ at <http://wiki.list.org/x/A4E9>. If there is nothing in the archives for these lists, and other lists are working, the problem may have something to do with the aliases or some other MTA issue. Perhaps a local user 'laws-pgs' was added who now receives the list's mail?
