Hi Andrew, I'd have a look to see if the email addresses that are being disabled come from similar domains... problem might be caused by reverse dns or spf records - check out http://knol.google.com/k/ruben-rubio-rey/mail-servers-spam-and-dns-records/2zt8z36uq2soj/5# for some ideas.
