We currently use the list server at http://mailman.listserve.com/listmanager/admin/affiliate-talk for our organization's members. One member who was deleted from the subscription list still receives e-mails, even though I cannot locate her e-mail address in the database (susan.kub...@va.gov). I don't see this issue on your FAQ page. Please advise, as soon as possible, how I can keep her from receiving e-mails from the distribution list. Thank you.
