And it still looks to me as if this error occurs whenever mailmanctl checks for a site list which is every time it starts. You could remove /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/mailman/lists/mailman/extend.py. That would at least get rid of the error every time mailmanctl starts and move it to the instantiation of any list that has the extend.py. If you want to use MysqlMemberships.py, you will have to install the MySQLdb package in a way that Mailman can use it.
