As I indicated, there is currently no admin/moderator reset request mechanism. This would not work well with multiple admins or moderators. This will all change in Mailman 3. There an individual will have only one registration in a particular Mailman installation with a password reset mechanism. That one person can have multiple email addresses and multiple roles.
