We are having posts, when approved by moderator, not delivered. /var/lib/mailman/logs/post doesn't show the "missing" message. /var/lib/mailman/logs/error doesn't show any errors. "Maximum length in kilobytes (KB) of a message body" is set to zero (no limit).
