The documentation is at the "(Details for bounce_score_threshold)" link
on the web admin Bounce processing page, but it lies.

The lie is that there is no distinction between hard and soft bounces.
Any recognized DSN returned to Mailman with a status of undeliverable
is a hard bounce (score = 1.0), even if the reason is something like
full mailbox. Anything that indicates the MTA is still trying to
deliver is ignored.
