This is probably obvious, but I thought I'd shoot the list an email and ask.

Is there a way to redirect emails to a list from non-members to another email
address?

Basically, I have a list of our IT group that we use internally to send each
other things, then we have a trouble ticket queue that everyone else should
use. Alas, over the years, our internal list email has gotten out. Is there a
good way to say "posts by non-members should redirect/bounce to the ticketing
system email"?

Thanks!
