I just tried it using my script at
<http://www.msapiro.net/scripts/set_nomail.py> to set an address to
nomail by bounce. I received the notice and confirmed via the URL in the
notice which worked. I repeated the process and confirmed via email
reply and that worked too.

What do you do and what happens?

Is your problem always with the same site?

Are you confirming within the sites PENDING_REQUEST_LIFE (default 3 days)?
