There is an LDAP MemberAdaptor at <https://bugs.launchpad.net/mailman/+bug/558106>. The purpose of this MemberAdaptor is to use an LDAP database as the source of the list membership. The documentation of that module says in part: This module implements LDAP search-based mailing lists, similar to those in Netscape SuiteSpot. That is, the membership of the mailing list is defined by the results of a search against an LDAP directory. This is a read-only interface. I.e., you can't add members to the list via Mailman. This third-party module is the only LDAP support for Mailman of which I am aware. -- Mark Sapiro <m...@msapiro.net> The highway is for gamblers, San Francisco Bay Area, California better use your sense - B.
