A different mailing list manager isn't likely to help the problem; sounds like you're running into spam traps and message authentication issues. Unless you can relay through your ISP's mail server or want to become conversant in things like SPF and DMARC, it's probably best to contract this service.

(I wonder if there's a Thunderbird plug-in that will do what's needed here?)
