I can't speak to anything other than the listinfo page in your example, but someone has edited that template, possibly by the Edit the public HTML pages and text files -> General list information page link in the web list admin interface or possibly by using the info in the FAQ at <http://wiki.list.org/x/jYA9>. The default pt_BR template looks fully translated to me. You won't find anything logged about badly translated templates or missing or incorrect translations in message catalogs.
