Mark Sapiro has written a script that will prune older messages from an archive, and then rebuild the HTML archives: https://www.msapiro.net/scripts/prune_arch You can do it by hand by editing the mbox file for the list (typically /var/lib/mailman/archives/private/{listname}.mbox/{listname}.mbox) to remove the messages you no longer want to keep, and then rebuild the HTML archives with "arch --wipe {listname}" Be careful to maintain file permissions during the process.
