It will eventually. There are several things going on. Your original post showed bounces all from 5/31. Bounce processing only increments the score once per day. Subsequent bounces in the same day are logged but not counted. When a users bounce score reaches threshold, the users delivery is disabled by bounce and the user is sent the first notice, but the user is not unsubscribed until after bounce_you_are_disabled_warnings have been sent at intervals of bounce_you_are_disabled_warnings_interval. The sending of subsequent notices and ultimate removal also depend on Mailman's cron/disabled being run.
