What about the `mailman` user. Is there one and is it's group the
`mailman` group.
Beyond that, what does Mailman's `bin/check_perms` show?
What happens to mail to Mailman. Is it queued somewhere in one of
Mailman's qfiles/*/ queues? What's in Mailman's logs?
