Please also note that for some uses and for some people, MM2 is probably still the better choice- quicker/easier to install and as I understand has features that haven't been implemented in MM3.
For a few small lists, I myself wouldn't use MM3 (the fact that python2.7 is EoL matters very little to me, it still runs the code just as well).
