FWIT, I have 1624 list members on gmail.com, with absolutely no
problems. I use spf AND dkim, but not Munge From or dmark. I think
dkim (which Google has recommended for a while) may be helpful.

I'm on Linode, but they did not need to do any of this. (They did need
to help with ipv6. Long story.)

To set up dkim, I installed opendkim and followed the
instructions.
