[Mailman-Users] Mailman3 seems highly unreliable

Greetings,

after having variuos troubles with mailman3 I subscribed to this list and sent my first message using the web-interface at https://mail.python.org/archives/list/mailman-users@python.org/message/new

But the message never got delivered ...

I waited for two hours but nothing happended. The message is gone.

On sumbission there was no error at all, a green message indicating success etc. On my own server I am having other problems, which I will try to explain again in a new message.
